Catsmodo’s Daily Cats – Hunter’s First Afternoon At Our Home

This afternoon we went to the shelter to do our weekly volunteering, and at the end of it, we put Hunter in the cage ready to go..

We first dropped him off at our vet to do a general checkup, just to make sure he is All OK.. Besides a little gum swelling, he is just fine. We understand it’ll be quite a stressful afternoon for him, but we are quite certain he’ll adjust at his new home in no time.

On the road, hunter seems to be in total shock, poor thing, everything will be better very soon!

After vet visit, we let Hunter out of the cage just a little to explore and test his reaction, but he would go back to his cage rather quickly. We’ll keep him in our restroom for the night to adjust.

We’ll update in the next few days of how he is adjusting to the new environment.

Feeding the Community Cats

This is how we feed the community cats every morning, and we do the same every evening, for the past several years.

They are a group of quiet and peaceful cats, their irresponsible owners dumped them or their parents onto the streets, they just want to live/sleep/eat and not be bothered.

We helped spay neuter all of them who showed up in our yard not spayed/neutered. They usually just hangout and sleep in our backyard and comes together just in time for their breakfast and dinner.
